Wang Zhihe Was Upgraded By Malicious Pretext.

China's time-honored brand Wang Zhihe, which has caused widespread concern, further escalated the malware rush registration case.

Reporters yesterday from Beijing Wang Zhihe food group was informed that the case failed in the first instance of the German Okai company refused to accept the decision, has appealed to the higher court of Munich, Germany.

Wang Zhihe, who won the first instance, said he would take an active attitude to defend Wang Zhihe's international interests.

This is the first case of overseas Chinese rights protection after China's accession to the WTO.

In accordance with the request of the Munich high court, the Wang Zhihe group submitted a complete counterclaim material in early March and waited for the second instance decision of the Munich high court.

For the second instance of the case, the legal profession generally believed that Wang Zhihe had a better grasp of the lawsuit because the German Okai company failed to provide any new evidence.

In July 2006, when Wang Zhihe group went to Germany to register its trademark, it found that three types of trademarks of Wang Zhihe's fermented bean curd, condiment and sales service were registered by a German company called "Ou Kai".

After the two sides failed to negotiate, Wang Zhihe group filed a lawsuit against the company in Munich, Germany, to recover its trademark rights.

In November 14th of 2007, Wang Zhihe group won the first instance in the District Court of Munich, Germany.

In the first instance, the German okey company, as a salesperson of Wang Zhihe's products in Germany, knowingly attacked the trademark of Wang Zhi he, which constituted infringement and unfair competition.

In the first instance, the Munich District Court of Germany sentenced the company to ban the use of Wang Zhi he trademark in Germany, and cancelled the Wang Zhihe trademark registered by okey.
