The organization (ISO) has deliberated and approved, and China has undertaken the work of the 3 working groups of the textile and yarn sub committee of the ISO Textile Technical Committee.

The 3 working groups and convenor are respectively Yan Wenyuan, chief engineer of Shanghai Fiber Inspection Institute, and Lu Yongliang, deputy chief engineer of the national textile product quality supervision and Inspection Center (Jiangyin). They work together as the convener of the natural cellulose fiber working group. Mei Feng, chief engineer of Jiangsu Sheng Hong chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. and Lu Xiuqin, the textile industry Technical Supervision Institute of Shanghai, cooperate with the convener of the artificial fiber working group.

According to relevant national data, 1~6 months,

chemical fiber

The output reached 14 million 473 thousand and 900 tons, an increase of 13.43% over the same period last year.

1~5 months, chemical fiber imports 365 thousand and 900 tons, an increase of 10.87% over the previous year, an increase in the month than in the first few months; chemical fiber exports increased rapidly, the volume of exports was 792 thousand tons, an increase of 50.21% over the previous year.

In 1~5 months, the average production and sales rate of the chemical fiber industry was 96.82%, 1.56 percentage points down from the same period, and the industrial fiber industry achieved 187 billion 625 million yuan in total industrial output value of 37.79%; the main business income was 182 billion 474 million yuan, a significant increase of 36.94%; the main synthetic fiber raw materials were imported 6 million 670 thousand tons, up 11.62% from the same year, and 536 thousand and 900 tons of human fiber raw materials were imported by 59.74%.

According to the statistics of National Bureau of statistics, in 1~5 months, the total profit of chemical fiber industry was 8 billion 66 million yuan, a significant increase of 2 times compared to the same period last year. The deficit of loss making enterprises was 661 million yuan, a significant decrease of 68.67% compared to the same period last year, and the total industry deficit was 14.57%, down 10.09 percentage points compared with the same period last year.

As the base last year was too low, the growth rate was obvious this year.

Since August 1st, the China Chile Free Trade Area Service Trade Agreement has been put into effect.

Yesterday, I learned from the Ningbo customs that in the first half of this year, Ningbo's total import and export volume of Chile exceeded 500 million US dollars, up 78.4% from the same period last year. Chile has become the 14th largest trading partner of our city.

Statistics show that from January to June this year, our city imported $340 million from Chile, an increase of 1 times compared with the same period last year, mainly for non forging copper and copper products, and export commodities of 160 million US dollars, an increase of 43.6%, mainly including mechanical and electrical products and textile and garment.

According to the China Chile Free Trade Area Service Trade Agreement, China's computer, management consulting and other 23 departments, as well as Chile's architectural design, engineering, mining, manufacturing and other 37 departments will further open to each other on the basis of their respective commitments to WTO.
