It is understood that from July to August this year, the municipal labor and Social Security Supervision Bureau carried out a special inspection of the employing units in the city, with the employers observing labor employment as the breakthrough point, focusing on various social insurance, paying close attention to the collection and payment of social insurance premiums and the rate of insurance for new employment personnel, the signing and filing of labor contracts, and the handling of professional qualification certificates, with strict labor protection supervision, law enforcement and publicity, and promoting the in-depth development of labor protection work, and achieved remarkable results.

According to statistics, more than 1.9 promotional materials were released.

Some family businesses and individual enterprises are divided into individuals and companies, and the management system is chaotic. This also brings difficulties to the labor supervision workers.

Some individual enterprises do not enforce labor safety laws and regulations, do not apply for recruitment procedures, or sign labor contracts according to regulations.

According to the notice requirement, the employing units that have problems in the future should be dealt with severely according to law, establish and improve a long-term mechanism for safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers, so as to effectively implement labor security laws and regulations.
