A social need has been brought to a new high.

It has always been a lean model that shows fashion in a narrow fashion. But now the society is also concerned about the needs of those who are large, from fashion to underwear now -- the most intimate kind of women. In addition, underwear models in 16D Myer and DavidJones will be launched to meet the customers' needs of curves.

In the past, the standard size of plastic models in the global underwear industry was 8-10, which ignores the demand of "wave girls".

These plump plastic models are made by underwear and shorts manufacturer Berlei.

Australia is one of the first countries to implement such plastic models.

A total of 15 Myer stores and two DJs stores in Australia bought this life size underwear plastic model.

SallyBerkeley, general manager of Berlei, said she was initiated by Debenhams, a British department store. She tried this 16 size plastic model in all chain stores in Britain in February this year.

Berlei's plastic model is based on the Australian international famous model LauraWells.

It is reported that the average number of circumference of modern Australian women is: chest circumference 92 cm, waist circumference 72 cm, hips 99 cm, just the standard 16 size.

Berkeley said, "more than 38% of Australian women are D cups."

Myer spokesman MitchCatlin said the company hopes to meet all customer needs.

Wells and singer KateCeberano will be present at the unveiling ceremony of the 16D underwear plastic model at Myer store, Bourke street, Melbourne.
