Last year, Sun Youfeng, the head of the plant, saw that only 1.5 meters of multi colored knitted velvet can be produced in China. If the door width wants to increase to 2.8 meters or 3 meters, it will have to be finished by hand. Each time it can only be produced in a small range.

In order to overcome the flat screen technology of multi color woven velvet 3 meters, Sun Youfeng and R & D personnel have been developing for more than six months, and some millions of machines have been turned into waste.

In August last year, the technology of flat screen multicolor flocking was finally successfully developed, and the continuous production technology innovation of multicolor flocking was completed.

Sun Youfeng said that an enterprise should have a position in the industry, not only in the size, but also in the research and development of the industry to contribute to the promotion of peers, which is the part of enterprises should do, and improve the quality of their products is also very important.

The Keqiao flocking factory has been booming since its establishment. At present, there are at least 60 flocking enterprises in Shaoxing, but as long as the "Keqiao flocking factory" is marked, the market selling price of the products can be up to one or two.
