Compared with the situation reported in the past few weeks, the problem of epidemic control has not been mentioned, which shows that the administrative control of the resumption of research clusters has been fully liberalized (including Hubei province), and the factors of insufficient epidemic prevention materials have not been mentioned.

According to the statistics of March 26th, there are 3954 enterprises in the 28 cluster pilot areas (parks), 3917 enterprises have started, and the operating rate is 99.06%. A total of 72539 enterprises under the regulation have been investigated, 62136 enterprises have been started, and the operating rate is 85.66%.

In the 28 clustered areas, there were 770742 workers in the original enterprises, 654538 workers had been reworked, and the rate of resumption was 84.92%, and 1419411 workers had been returned to the enterprises under the regulation, 1010118 had been returned to work, and the rate of resumption was 71.16%. The capacity of cluster pilot areas (parks) has recovered to about 80.33% of the total before the epidemic.
