Newest! The First Batch Of Second Elimination Lists Of Tariffs On Commodities In The US And Canada
According to the announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the launching of the elimination of duties on commodities in the United States and Canada (the 2 of the Tax Commission Announcement No. 2019), approved by the State Council, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council promulgated the first batch of second elimination lists for the US and Canada tariff goods, and the first batch of tariff products to the United States and Canada, and second times exclude some commodities. From December 26, 2019 to December 25, 2020, the tariffs added to the 301 measures of the United States were no longer added. The first batch of other commodities that levy tariffs on the US and Canada will not be excluded.

According to the announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the trial of the elimination of duties on commodities in the United States and Canada (Tax Committee Announcement No. 2019] No. 2), the State Council Customs Tariff Commission organized the application body to examine the effective application of the first batch of tariff products to the United States and Canada, and decided to exclude some of the commodities.
The commodities listed in the annex list, from December 26, 2019 to December 25, 2020 (no more than one year), will no longer impose tariffs on the 301 measures against the United States. The added duties are not refundable.
