If the interviewer asks you if you are willing to move for a job, you will think of one of the following situations: (1) for an interviewer, if you want to move, it is not a necessary condition, which is also a great advantage for you. So if your answer is "unwilling", you probably will not get the job; or (2) they are really satisfied with you, and they have already considered the potential of your promotion after that. This is good news for you only when you are willing to move.

In these two cases, the interviewer wants to hear the answer is "I do." If you take the initiative attitude If I say "I will", it will be more beneficial to you.

However, you may not be willing to make such a big change in your life now. I mean, you can't even get this position!

So, if you want to avoid this problem now, what do you want to do?

The common answer most people think is, "I will consider moving at the right time." But it's not a good answer, and it doesn't give you extra points because the answer is: "if you can give me enough money, I will think about it." In this way, the interviewer will not think you have great enthusiasm for this job or his company.

One more sincere And the answer that would not be directly promised would be more like, "I really want to make a breakthrough in my career. If moving is part of it, I will definitely consider it."

You basically say the same meaning as the previous answer, but it sounds better.

Or you even want to avoid this question: "for me, the lodging is in the second place. My career path is very important and I am deeply impressed by your understanding of the company. I believe this position is very suitable for me, because it requires X, Y and Z skills. Do you agree? "

Now let's take a look at what you can do: you avoid the problem first and turn the conversation back to you. Skill And sell yourself and then throw questions to the interviewer so that it is possible to change his mind.

You can't predict the future. After a year, your life may seem completely different for a variety of reasons. So you have to say, "I don't want to move now, but in the future, this idea may change. No one can predict what will happen tomorrow or a year later.

In the above examples, these answers will make you look more sincere than the ordinary answers you may give to the "right time". They will avoid your serious commitments and at the same time make you more flexible. This will add a point to your future employer.
