Smarter Work, Not Longer

One of the biggest drivers of overwork is the assumption that everything is absolutely important and must be completed.

But this is a foolish idea.

You want to save money - that's understandable.

You want to get things done properly.

However, trying to do everything by oneself is just another way to ignore priorities and avoid prior planning.

You can't do everything yourself, and you shouldn't do that.

Get the help you need and train people to do a job according to the way they are done.

At the same time, avoid treating others exclusively.

Don't expect others to do the same without having part of the business.

Let people set foot on the treadmill, and you will help them build enough motivation to get out of the right path outside.

Develop and protect your time for yourself.

One of the hidden problems of overwork is that people tend to put all their sense of identity into enterprises or work.
