Flax fiber

Flax plant is one of the most valuable ecological resources from linen (flax). It is a renewable resource and is everywhere a treasure. Flax and its insecticide are not needed in the process of planting. It can be said to be a kind of green environmental friendly fiber.

Flax seed can be used to produce pock oil - paint, varnish, soap, cosmetics, tarpaulin and synthetic resin raw materials.

Short fibers are used for paper making and production of ropes. Even the surface of flax plants has wide uses. It can be used to make saddles, particleboard, and so on.

Flax fiber is the oldest textile fiber in the world. The fabric made of flax fiber has a wide range of uses. It can be used as clothing, decorative fabrics, tablecloths, bedding and automotive supplies.

With the emergence of new varieties, new technologies, new spinning methods, new weaving methods and new finishing processes, the development trend of linen products industry is getting better and better.

The main production areas of flax products are mainly in France, Belgium and Holland. Although the planting area of Chinese flax is high, the output of flax fiber is only sixth.

Linen spinning can be made by dry spinning or wet spinning. Flax staple fiber can also be used for nonwoven production, such as paper, and also for the production of industrial textiles, such as insulating materials; flax waste can be used to make some industrial products.

In the United States, short linen is blended with other fibers, and the cotton spinning system is used to spin on the Rieter equipment. Italy buys the fibers that are used to spin yarn with the wool combing system. In France, flax fiber is dyed with spun fiber, and then on the Mackie machine, strips, strips and wet spun yarns are made.

Linen fabric

It has the functions of temperature regulation, anti allergy, antistatic and antibacterial. Due to the good hygroscopicity of flax, it absorbs 20 times the moisture of its own weight, so the linen fabric feels dry and dry. Now, the emergence of anti wrinkle, non iron linen products and the emergence of blended products make the market of flax products further expand.

Internationally, the weaving of flax is mostly loom loom and rapier loom. Its products include delicate linen handkerchiefs, shirting materials, crepe, fancy yarn dyed products, sportswear and hemp wool blended products.

Household products include curtains, wall coverings, tablecloths, bedding and so on.

Industrial products include canvas, luggage tent, insulation cloth, filter cloth and aviation products.

Flax can be interwoven or blended with wool, polyester and other fibers to form a unique and inexpensive textile product.

Wool and linen interweave cool fabric: linen fiber and wool textile are new ways to lighten and lighten wool fabrics.

As wool and linen fibers have great differences in fineness, elasticity, elongation, curl and so on, blending process is difficult to control. For example, wool and roller coils are serious, broken ends, many noil, low production efficiency, large consumption and low spinning number. Nowadays, wool and linen are interweaved to form plain weft knitted products with wool warp and weft.

Flax fiber nonwoven composite materials: Flax Fiber Nonwovens / unsaturated polyester composites can be produced by vacuum assisted resin pfer molding (RTM). Because linen price is relatively low, density is smaller than all inorganic fibers, while elastic modulus and tensile strength are similar to those of inorganic fibers. In composite materials, glass fibers can be partially replaced as reinforcing materials, and flax fibers are softer as fiberglass and carbon fiber as reinforcement materials.

The utility model has the advantages of short production process, no weaving and low processing cost, and is beneficial to saving energy and environmental protection.
