Shanghai inspection and Quarantine Bureau statistics show that last year, the Shanghai inspection and Quarantine Bureau accumulated more than ten thousand batches of imported clothing and simulation.

Experts from the Shanghai industrial and material center of the inspection and Quarantine Bureau reminded that:

If people wear formaldehyde exceeding the standard clothing, the release of formaldehyde in clothing will stimulate people's eyes, skin and mucous membranes, causing severe mucosal itching and respiratory inflammation and dermatitis, resulting in conjunctivitis, rhinitis and bronchitis.

With the continuous increase of purchasing power, the purchase amount of imported clothing by domestic consumers increases year by year.

Shanghai inspection and quarantine department experts warned that some imported clothing failed to pass a higher rate.

The excessive formaldehyde content in the unqualified clothing products and the lead and nickel release in the simulation accessories will cause adverse effects on the health of consumers.
