The duty-free tariff preference scheme was launched in 2008 by the Prime Minister of Manmohan Singer.

The aim is to give preferential tariffs to 92.5% of Afghanistan's products.


According to the plan, 85% of the total exports of Afghanistan to India's exports to India were provided.
