Ballmer also made fun of Microsoft's recent purchase of Skype for $8 billion 500 million. He appealed to graduates: "please, please go to Skype after graduation."


Ballmer, who lives as a parent, said he had never been to the Southern University before. "I came here for the first time until two years ago when my son came to the end of my freshman year."
