The plaintiff claims that the company is one of the largest fashion groups in Europe. In 1999, the JACK&JONES brand was introduced into China, and now there are 1011 stores in China.
In 2003, the plaintiff applied to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for registration of the "JACK&JONES" trademark and was approved and registered in 2006.
The plaintiff found that the defendant Du Mou registered the jackjones.net domain name in April 11, 2007, the website is responsible for Cui Mou, the two person uses this domain name to launch the infringing website, the massive use plaintiff "JACK&JONES" and the "JACK&JONES" trademark mark carries on the infringing commodity propaganda.
The defendant also set up a "discount store" on his website. Without the plaintiff's permission, he used the same or similar logo on his clothing and other goods with the plaintiff's trademark and sold it abroad in various ways to obtain huge profits.
