24 Years Old High School Entrepreneurship

The girl is Liu Weili, 24 years old.

When you go shopping, you see an ice cream machine at the entrance of a supermarket in Changchun. If there is a thin girl next to the machine, maybe she is Liu Weili.

It took 20 trips to knock the supermarket door open.

In 2000, when Liu Weili graduated from high school, no matter how the family persuaded her, she just didn't want to.

Now.

Later, under the arrangement of his family, she went to work in a property company in Harbin.

At the beginning of work and facing everything new, Liu Weili, 19, was very happy.

However, after a year and a half, she felt that her job was single and lacking originality, so she decided to quit her job and plan to do some business on her own.

It's a simple idea to do some business, but this idea is full of twists and turns.

Want to open beauty salons, want to open a small supermarket...

But for a variety of reasons, a year and a half later, she was still at home.

By chance, a good friend who was shopping with her asked her to have ice cream, and looked at the ice cream from the cold drink cupboard. She suddenly remembered the secret recipe that grandpa had spent many years making ice cream. He could buy a machine to make ice cream for himself.

Then she began to run in all parts of Harbin.

After many visits, she thought that ice cream was suitable for sale in a relatively large area of personnel flow, and decided to set up sales outlets at the entrance of major supermarkets, when no ice cream was sold in those places.

The first place to choose is an international chain supermarket in Harbin.

The first time they came to the supermarket, they closed the door. The staff told her that if they wanted to enter the supermarket, they had to have at least 1 million yuan to 2 million yuan in fixed assets. The project she ran was too small for her.

She didn't lose heart, so long as she had time, she went to the supermarket to play the role.

At the same time, she has gone through a series of procedures, business licenses, health permits and so on.

Finally, when she came to the supermarket for the twentieth time, she placed a certificate in a file in front of the staff. They relaxed: "well, come back in two days, I'll show you our head."

Then she moved the machine into the supermarket.

With her family's support, she borrowed 100 thousand yuan from the bank as her venture capital fund.

In 2004, "51", she set up four ice cream sales outlets in Harbin's large supermarket, and she really started her own business.

Selling sugar coated gourd is also good in the off-season.

Liu Weili's homemade ice cream also encountered many difficulties in the sales process.

At the beginning, the customers were relatively few, and they had to pay more than twenty thousand yuan a month.

But she did not retreat.

She was inspired by the promotion of free tasting foods. She also gave ice cream to customers for free.

At the same time, she also offered discounts to sales outlets with poor sales.

In this way, her icecream gradually had a repeat customer, and then her sales outlets began to make profits.

In July 2004, Liu Weili watched the staff pay more and more money each day.

In mind

Steadfast, she felt that her efforts finally paid off.

However, she did not satisfy all of this. Instead, she wanted to expand her market. Liu Weili began to expand her network to other supermarkets in Harbin. By the end of 2004 10, she had set up 12 sales outlets in Harbin.

In the winter of 2004, how can we keep the business in the off-season? Liu Weili thought of sugar coated gourds. In less than two months, she learned how to make sugar coated gourd, so that the ice cream sales point was also sold in winter.

In 2005, before the May 1, Liu Weili counted the accounts. After checking accounts, she was pleasantly surprised to find that in one year, she not only went to the loan but also made 200 thousand yuan. He chatted with her brother about the market. At the end of 2004, Liu Wei Li's market in Harbin had stabilized. She thought she wanted to develop the market to the outside world.

But where is the place to sell ice cream from home?

At the end of March 2005, Liu Weili came to Changchun to inspect the market. When she was unfamiliar with her, she talked to the taxi driver, inquired about the prosperous area of Changchun and knew the market environment of Changchun on the spot.

She feels that although there are "real estate" ice cream shops in the bustling areas of Changchun, there is no ice cream produced in the supermarket, which can occupy the market vacancy.

Then she went to the investment department of the major supermarkets in Changchun, and talked with the responsible person about the operation of the supermarket.

Because of her excellent performance in her hometown, she successfully entered two large supermarkets in Changchun, and in the early April, she sold two sales outlets.

A month later, Liu Weili's two sales outlets already had many repeat customers. She said she saw the hope of the market.
